Refund policy

We offer a 15 day return policy on all items excluding timepieces and custom jewelry. This warranty is valid so long as items are returned in the same condition as originally sold. 

We also have a 30 day repair warranty on all JB Jewelers items. Any repair work is free of charge if it is done within the first 30 days after your purchase. This does not include modifications, timepieces, and stones above .20 carats.

Lifetime Guarantee

JB Jewelers prides ourselves in providing the highest standard of jewelry service. This is why we offer a Lifetime Guarantee for all jewelry purchases. This includes non-custom, plated/vermeil jewelry. If your product is damaged, fades or stops working under conditions, our lifetime guarantee entitles you to a one time replacement for the piece. If we no longer carry the item, you are permitted to exchange your piece for another item of equal or lesser value.

Please note that once a product is returned, the item is discarded, and we will not be able to reship it back to you. A Shipping and Handling fee of $14.99 will be charged for all Warranty Replacements.
